For owners

The owners' portal

Everything concerning your horse in one place: visible, editable, traceable. No group chat, and no messages disappearing up the thread.

Every stabling place comes with a personal login to the owners' portal. There you can see how your horse is doing, note down what the yard team needs to know, book the arena and find your paperwork again — from your phone, at the yard, at any time of day.

The portal is not an extra app alongside everyday life; it is the way arrangements are made here. Which is exactly why you do not need a WhatsApp group to stay in touch with the yard.

Features

What you can do in the portal

  • Check your horse's status any time

How your horse is doing, what has recently been noted and what the yard team has recorded — without having to ask.

  • Note rugs, feed and medication

Whether your horse is rugged, which rug in which weather, which hard feed, which medication: you enter it, the yard team sees it — in writing and traceable for everyone involved.

  • Messages to the yard

Straight to the yard team instead of into a group. Nothing gets lost up the thread, and nobody reads along who has no business doing so.

  • Book the arena

See free slots, reserve the arena or the outdoor school and keep track of your bookings.

  • Keep an eye on group appointments

Vaccination, dental checks, worming: appointments are announced in the portal, and you register your horse there.

  • Documents and invoices

Contracts, records and invoices are kept in the portal — available whenever you need them.

No WhatsApp required. Arrangements with the yard run through the portal, not through a chat group. There are three reasons for that: nothing gets lost up the thread, every note about your horse sits where it belongs — and your private mobile number stays private.

What that feels like day to day

  • You check in the evening

The weather turns and you wonder whether your horse has been rugged. One look in the portal is enough.

  • You change the feed

A new supplement, a different amount: you note it down instead of calling it out to someone and hoping it sticks.

  • You plan your training

You see when the arena is free and reserve it before you set off.

  • You need a document

An invoice or a record from last year: stored in the portal, not buried in a chat history.

Frequently asked questions about the portal

Do I have to use WhatsApp for the yard?

No. Everything discussed between you and the yard runs through the owners' portal.

What does the portal cost?

Nothing extra. Access comes with your stabling place and does not appear on any price line.

Does the portal work on a phone?

Yes. It is built for use at the yard — large buttons, short paths, and it can be added to your home screen like an app.

Who can see what I enter?

You and the yard team. Other owners cannot see the details of your horse.
