Application & tips
How to enjoy it best
Honey is a natural product: if it crystallises over time, that is a sign of quality. Warm it in a water bath at no more than 40 °C to make it creamy and liquid again — please no hotter, to preserve aroma and enzymes.
Stored cool, dry and dark it keeps for a very long time. Not suitable for infants under one year.
