Concept & Care
Free movement is not an add-on here, it is the foundation. A carefully considered concept for healthy horses.
Samedi Stables is a structured open stable with a clear philosophy and a well-considered concept. Our horses live in harmoniously arranged groups, matched to age, temperament and needs. From young horse to senior, mare or gelding, large or small — there is room here for different characters, as long as they are socially compatible.
Three herds
The right group for every horse
Each herd has its own paved open-stable area with a shelter and a water trough, plus its own generous paddock trail — all year round.
Geldings only
A herd of geldings only — for horses that find mixed company difficult.
Mixed herd
Mares and geldings together, matched by character and social compatibility.
Mixed herd for metabolic horses
For metabolically sensitive and easy-keeper horses: reduced grazing, same herd structure.

Paddock trails
Each herd has its own generous paddock trail. The trails are open all year round — we close them only when the ground poses an acute risk of injury.
A trail is more than a path around the paddock: here the horses can really pick up speed, search for food along the way and clamber over tree trunks and hills.

Reached via the trails
Turnout on pasture
The pastures are reached via the trails and are open all year round, depending on the weather.
In summer the pastures stay open at night. That takes the heat and fly stress off the horses: they graze during the cool hours and doze in the shade during the day.
In the winter half-year
Trails and pastures accessible all day
As soon as the nights turn cold, the rhythm reverses: trails and pastures are then accessible throughout the day. The horses move whenever they want to — in frost and snow as well.

Healthy & stress-free
Feeding
Hay and haylage are fed daily, all year round. The forage is placed at several spots — so lower-ranking and older horses can eat in peace, without competition over food.
We keep breaks between feeds under four hours. Longer breaks strain the stomach and the nerves; short breaks are not a luxury but a prerequisite for healthy digestion.

Care & service
Reliability is part of who we are. We live right on the yard — which means short distances, quick response times and a personal relationship with every horse.
Everything concerning your horse lives in the boarder portal: status, special requests, feed and medication, messages to the yard. You do not need a WhatsApp group for that.

Train in many ways
Training options
Whether focused dressage work in the arena, airy sessions on the outdoor arena or a hack straight from the yard — you will find varied training options with us. Several times a year we offer clinics and workshops with experienced trainers.

Community
Our yard community is open, respectful — and surprisingly good-humoured. People meet here not only to ride, but also to talk, to learn together and to laugh. We are a colourful mix of experienced riders and beginners, united by one thing: the love of horses.
Dogs are welcome, provided they get along with ours. Because a yard without dogs would not be a yard.
